Choose and submit a recipe that you intend to share with your classmates in breakout rooms. This can be a formal recipe with detailed instructions, or one that is much more casual without formal measurements, as long as it’s a food you enjoy and means something to you! Upload a word document with the recipe, a photo of the recipe (if it’s from a recipe book) or link a website with the recipe if you found it online.
***Feel free to prepare your chosen food and eat it during lab if you are able and would like to. A photo of the food to share with your groupmates would also work!***
2. Write a reflection (300 words) about why this food is important to you. Is there cultural significance or a memory that connects you to that food? Feel free to reference something you learned from the pre-lab reading and viewing (Ted Talk or post) if you’d like. This can be rather casual in tone, please just check for proper grammar and spelling.
